There are a lot of moving pieces behind a Planet Swirl weekend, and we’re always interested in meeting good people who want to be part of making it happen.

You might help with:
• Guest welcome and check-in
• Event setup and decorating
• Hospitality and floor support
• Games and activities
• Guest assistance
• Local and digital promotion
• Cleanup and breakdown
• Specialty roles depending on the event

This isn’t a traditional job application.

Planet Swirl teams are assembled event by event based on what each experience needs. We just want to know who you are, what you’re good at, what you enjoy doing, and where you think you’d fit.

You’ll be asked for basic contact information, your location, a current photo, any lifestyle or event experience, the areas you’re interested in helping with, and a little about yourself.

Social media is optional. If you’re not active online, we may ask for a little more information so we can get to know who we’re talking to before moving forward.

Submitting your information doesn’t guarantee placement on an event team.

Event Operations: Ensure the heartbeat of the event remains steady. From logistics to setup, you make it happen.
Guest Relations & Check-in: You are the first face of the Swirl. Elite service and seamless entry are your priorities.
Atmosphere Orchestration: Help manage the energy, lighting, and movement within our exclusive hotel takeovers.
Vibe Security: Maintain the class and sophistication of the room with a sharp eye for detail.
